Boiler installation
Under the ECO scheme we can install boilers that have low efficiency rating. These include non condensing boilers or condensing, subject to checks.
Some homeowners will also be eligible to receive free heating controls, this can range from various products available and will be according to what will benefit the resident. We are gas safe registered with qualified operatives to carry out work.
Process
When installing boilers from non condensing to condensing, there are many changes we make. Our qualified operatives will install a new flue, magna and boiler. The installation takes less than a day to carry out,
Our qualified electrician will install new heating controls for the boiler. This can include TRV's, TTZC, Programmer & Room thermostat & Smart thermostat. This will vary for each property based on how it will benefit the resident.
Once the work is complete, to comply with building regulation and local authority, your new boiler will be registered on gas safe. You will receive a certificate upon completion for home owner/landlord to detail the work carried out as well as a certificate through the post.
