What is ECO?
The Energy Company Obligation, commonly known as ECO scheme is in play by the Government to make households more Energy Efficient. It will focus entirely on low income and vulnerable households, helping to meet the Government’s fuel poverty commitments.​
It has been designed to reduce carbon emissions by providing energy efficient measures in UK Homes. Large energy suppliers are obligated under Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) to follow the ECO scheme to reduce carbon emissions and to make households cost and energy efficient. ​In order to achieve the goal to reduce carbon emissions, insulation will be carried out.
ECO4 Scheme looks to replacing low efficient boilers. Other services we provide include free first time central heating with boiler replacement, heating controls, loft and internal wall insulation. ​The aim of this scheme is to ‘deliver clean growth, including ensuring households have affordable energy and making our buildings more energy efficient’.

Eligibility
We make it easy for you to access our energy-efficient installation service. Our team will carry out a comprehensive survey of your property and produce an energy report, which will outline the best course of action your property needs. If your property falls within the EPC band EFG, you may be eligible to participate in the scheme. An EST form will also be filled to deem eligibility, if there is a data match, the process can continue.

Retrofit
Our Retrofit Team is here to help improve the energy performance of your property. We will begin by filling out some paperwork with you to ensure we have all the details we need. From there, we will create a design and energy report, discussing ways to improve the energy efficiency of your property. We work with you every step of the way to ensure the process is seamless.

Handover
Our handover process is designed to be seamless and hassle-free. Once our team completes the installation, we will provide you with a comprehensive handover pack. This pack contains all the necessary documents to keep for your records, including detailed product information and service records. Our team will ensure that you are fully informed and satisfied before leaving the site.

Installation
Our team of experienced operatives are dedicated to providing a seamless installation experience. We will visit your property and schedule an appointment with you prior to beginning the installation process. Please note that the measure being installed can vary between properties, but rest assured that we will work efficiently to complete your installation in a timely manner.
